England are second on the planet behind Australia in the International Cricket Council's first rankings framework.
The 10-group table fuses results from all arrangements of the amusement - one-day internationals, Twenty20 and Tests.
Australia are the ODI and T20 title holders, and beat England in this current summer's multi-configuration Ashes arrangement.
"These are without a doubt energizing and memorable times for ladies' cricket," previous England chief and ICC ladies' board seat Clare Connor said.
The ICC rankings will be upgraded toward the end of every arrangement.
