METHOD:
1. Mix all the ingredients and add enough water to make a thin batter. The consistency of the batter should be that of thin cream.
2. Heat a thick non-stick dosa pan and brush it with oil.
3. Take a ladleful of batter and pour it all over the pan from a height of about 15 cm from the pan to form a thin lacy disc, full of big holes.
4. The pan should be quite hot.
5. The batter will spread by itself and should not be spread with the ladle as for other dosas.
6. Allow the batter to cook and set.
7. Fold the pancake into a triangle and lift it off the pan.
8. Serve with sweet coconut milk or grated coconut mix.
9. For Sweet Coconut Milk:
10. Dissolve sugar or jaggery in coconut milk and add the nutmeg.
11. For Grated Coconut Mix:
12. Combine all the ingredients together.

Rice flour - 3 cup
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Sweet Coconut Milk:
Thick Coconut Milk - 2 cup
Brown sugar or Jaggery - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
Nutmeg powder - a big pinch
For Grated Coconut Mix:
Grated Coconut - 3 cup
Powdered Jaggery - 1/2 to 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
